The North Shore Community Development Association (NSCDA) is pleased to announce the completion of its new Strategic Plan, providing a roadmap to guide the organization’s work over the next 5 years.

The planning process brought together board members and stakeholders to reflect on the opportunities and challenges facing our region and identify priorities that will help strengthen our communities, support local businesses, and encourage sustainable growth.

As our communities continue to evolve, having a clear direction is more important than ever. The Strategic Plan will help ensure that the NSCDA remains focused on initiatives that create meaningful impact for residents, businesses, community organizations, and visitors throughout the North Shore region.

The plan outlines key priorities that will guide our efforts moving forward, including supporting economic development, fostering collaboration among community partners, promoting tourism and community vitality, and advocating for issues that matter to our region.

One of the greatest strengths of the North Shore is the willingness of people and organizations to work together. The Strategic Plan recognizes that many of the opportunities ahead will require collaboration between municipalities, businesses, non-profit organizations, volunteers, and residents.

The completion of this plan marks an important milestone for the NSCDA, but it is only the beginning. Over the coming months and years, the organization will focus on turning these priorities into action and identifying opportunities to advance projects that benefit the region.

We would like to thank everyone who contributed their time, ideas, and perspectives throughout the planning process. Your input helped shape a vision for a stronger, more connected, and more resilient North Shore.

We look forward to sharing updates on our progress and continuing to work alongside our communities as we move forward together.
